Recover lost photos from SD card on Mac
Secured Digital cards, generally known as SD cards are non-volatile, flash storage media that are compatible with various multi-media devices like digital cameras, mobile phones, camcorders, etc. SD cards facilitate huge data storage capacity ranging from MB’s to TB’s. Step 1: Download and install Recover Mac software. Connect the SD card to the Mac system. Launch the program by double clicking the desktop shortcut icon. Main screen will be displayed. Select "Recover Photos" from the main screen. On clicking this option, a new window will open. Select "Recover Lost Photos" as shown in figure 1.

Step 2: A list of detected logical drives will be displayed. Select the SD card from that list and click "Next" as shown in figure 2.

Step 3: All different file types will be listed. Select the file types you want to recover by ticking the checkboxes of respective file types. Once you select the file type click on "Next" as shown in figure 3.

Step 4: This application will scan the entire SD card for the lost photos and then displays all the found photos as shown in figure 4. Click on the "Save" option and select the destination folder where you want to save the recover photos.
